DIRECTIONS TO STUBLEY HOLLOW FARM

FROM A1--Worksop

 

A1 North bound - take A57 to Worksop at roundabout nr Sherwood Forest. 

(Roundabout following Markham Moor roundabout)

 

Follow signs for Worksop A57 until meeting roundabout where A60 to

Chesterfield and Mansfield is signed - (1st exit off roundabout)

 

About 1 mile turn right (at ½ roundabout) signed A619 (Whitwell road)

 

Into Barlborough - st on at small roundabout - ¼ mile - large roundabout take

3rd exit to Sheffield and M1 (Junction 30)

 

M1 junction 30 roundabout straight on to Sheffield  (A6135)

 

Follow A 6135 (Sheffield road) to RENISHAW

     

Through Renishaw (passing golf course) and down to cross roads and TRAFFIC

LIGHTS

 

At traffic lights turn left to ECKINGTON (B 6052 )

 

Through Eckington follow road for a few miles through hamlet of MARSH

LANE

 

¾  mile beyond Marsh Lane turn RIGHT to COAL ASTON and DRONFIELD

(Snowden Lane)

 

Follow road into Coal Aston coming to a mini roundabout, go straight on (bears

left) and pass road on RIGHT (Holmley Lane) over brow of hill and then take

3rd road on RIGHT turning into Snape Hill Lane.

 

Down hill to 'T' junction at the bottom and turn RIGHT (Sheffield Road). 

Travel approx. ½ mile and pass Sheaf Motors and Jet Petrol on LEFT.

 

Turn LEFT at TRAFFIC LIGHTS beyond Petrol Startion into STUBLEY

HOLLOW

 

200 yds into DRONFIELD WOODHOUSE and pass under large concrete bridge

(stone terrace houses on right beyond bridge)

 

Farm entrance on right ¼ mile beyond bridge - just as road bends left. 

Signed STUBLEY HOLLOW FARM (just beyond yellow salt grit box and opposite 7.5 ton weight restriction sign) - AUTOMATIC GATES
